The ADA-Ohio Board of Trustees serves as the Steering Committee for Ohio. It consists of representatives from the business community, disability organizations, government entities, and other nonprofit groups. The By-laws for the organization allow up to twenty-five members to oversee this 501(c)(3) corporation. The members of the Board of Trustees make policies for the organization and employ an Executive Director to implement their decisions. The Executive Director oversees the day-to-day operations with the assistance of staff and volunteers. In addition, ADA-Ohio has a Professional Advisory Board consisting of persons with expertise in various areas who advise the Executive Director and staff on specific issues of interest to the organization.
